DAITA started playing guitar when he was in the 3rd year of junior high school. He got his own guitar when he entered the high school and started his band at the same time. He was already aware that he wanted to play the guitar as a professional and he participated in many competitions. DAITA started his career as a guitarist of SIAM SHADE in July, 1993. After releasing their self titled album from an indie label in December 1994, SIAM SHADE made their debut from Sony Records in October 1995. Their single "1/3 no Junjo Na Kanjo" was a long hit one sold more than 800 thousand copies. They also established a reputation for their live performing through their gigs in big halls such as Nippon Budokan, Yoyogi Daiichi Taiikukan, and Yokohama Arena. DAITA's songwriting and his prominent guitar skill attracted many musicians, and it broadened his solo career as a composer and live performer. The band released 16 singles and 9 albums and broke up on March 10th, 2002. Their last gig in Nippon Budokan has a record of the greatest audience number in the venue. DAITA has carried on his solo project afterwards.
In 2002, DAITA produced the music for the Japanese edition of Korean movie "Volcano High". In September 2003, he released DIRECT CHORD which was only available in online shops followed by his first solo major album EUPHONY in November. Besides releasing some albums and DVDs, he also played with Kyosuke Himuro and many other renowned musicians.
In May, 2005, DAITA attended the live of G3 (Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, John Petrucci) and performed as a first Japanese G4 guitarist, and he established his international reputation as well.
In September, 2005, he met KEITA and formed the band "BINECKS". They started recording the album right away.
The first album "Sacred Vision" was released in June 2007. The new members, Boh on bass and TESSEY on Programming, joined the band and they released their first major single "GLORY DAYS" from Imperial Records. The band toured with Kyosuke Himuro and performed 23 gigs in 12 places.
Their first major album "Permanent Crystals" was released in March, 2009. That year was also the 5th anniversary of DAITA's solo project "THE GUITAR EMISSION". He released 3rd live DVD in January and 4th live DVD in November. His prominent guitar skill, the unique songwriting, and melodious sound he creates have gained great reputation internationally.
This 2010 is the 15th year since his debut. DAITA is now starting his another brilliant career!
